You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery of your order.

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.

The video must clearly show:

  • The package being opened
  • The product inside
  • Any defect or issue (if applicable)

Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • Size issue
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Wrong or different product received
  • Color mismatch
  • Quality issues

Lil Hugz reserves the right to decline any return request if:

  • The reason provided is not listed above
  • The claim is found to be not genuine

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size or color
  • Exchange for a completely different product is not allowed
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

If the requested size or color is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

All eligible returns and exchanges are provided at no extra cost to you.

If a return is approved and:

  • The product is out of stock for exchange, or
  • Exchange is not possible

You will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
