1. Return / Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery of your order.
To initiate a request, you can:

- Or fill out the return request form available on our website
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.
The video must clearly show:
- The package being opened
- The product inside
- Any defect or issue (if applicable)
Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
3. Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
- Size issue
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong or different product received
- Color mismatch
- Quality issues
Lil Hugz reserves the right to decline any return request if:
- The reason provided is not listed above
- The claim is found to be not genuine
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size or color
- Exchange for a completely different product is not allowed
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
If the requested size or color is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
5. Return & Exchange Charges
All eligible returns and exchanges are provided at no extra cost to you.
6. Refund Policy
If a return is approved and:
- The product is out of stock for exchange, or
- Exchange is not possible
You will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
7. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
